PLUS we graphed some of our athletes POWER improvements over 3-12 month periods.
(FTP = Functional Power Threshold, your max power you can push!)

You can see where each athlete started the DSCS system, check them out below, they only go up!

Greg came to us with an FTP of 215 in April of 2019 and by April of 2020 had an FTP of 328!! That's a 113 watt increase over the space of a year
Chris started the DSCS system when he had an FTP of 211 watts in December 2018, in just 4 months by March 2019 he had increased his wattage by 52 watts to 264!
Ben went from 234 watts to 304 watts in 13 months. That's a 70 watt increase.
Charlie started at 153 watts and in 9 months was at 238 watts. An FTP increase of 85 watts.
Gavin used the DSCS system to take his wattage from 244 to 302. 
58 watt increase in just 6 months. 
Damian's FTP went from 137 to 225. 88 watts in 12 months. This system works for all ranges as Damian was a beginner triathlete!

For your reference, a 10-watt increase can equate to an extra 1-2km/hr on the bike depending on the person. 

Therefore a 50-100 watt increase can be an extra 5-10km per hr! Think about how much faster that will make you on race day...

David was a gun athlete who already had an FTP of 333, after 9 months of the DSCS program, his FTP was a whopping 378 watts. 
Frank started the DSCS program at 179 watts, and improved 68 watts to get to 247 in only 6 months.
Darren used the DSCS system to go from 251 to 318 watts in 6 months. A 67 watt increase
Zach is one of our junior athletes who went from 274 watts to 366. Just under a 100 watt increase (92 watts)
Steve went up 46 watts in 7 months from 289 to 331 watts
Jamie started the program in October at 177 watts, and by June he was at 276 watts. A 99 watt increase in 8 months.
Helen was new to power and started at 126 watts. And in 1 year went up 58 watts to to an FTP of 184.
Paul went up 81 watts in 6 months from 178 to 259 watts
Stephen used the DSCS program to improve his FTP by 32 watts in just 3 months
John went up a ridiculous total of 108 watts over 8 months
Justin went up 49 watts in 6 months from 203 to 252 watts
Macca started the DSCS program with an FTP of 224 watts. Within 9 months it had improved 90 watts to 314. 
Trevor went up a total of 57 watts over 7 months
Kirsty used the DSCS program to improve her FTP by 98 watts over 10 months.
Greg started the DSCS program with an FTP of 178 watts. Within 4 months it had improved 52 watts to 230.
